THAISE PAPAYA SALADE

  • 1 – 3 kleine chilipepers (bijvoorbeeld rawits)
  • 2 sperziebonen, in stukken gesneden
  • 2 eetlepel gedroogde garnalen
  • 2 – 3 tenen knofloon
  • 1 tomaat, in plakjes
  • 1 telepel palmsuiker
  • 2 telepel vissaus
  • 1 el limoensap
  • 1 bord groene papaya in dunne reepjes
Kneus de garnalen, chili, bonen en knoflook in een vijzel.
Voeg de tomaat, palmsuiker, vissaus en limoen toe en mix door elkaar.
Roer de geraspte papaya door de dressing.

  • 1 – 3 small chilli peppers (e.g. rawits)
  • 2 green beans, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons dried shrimp
  • 2 – 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 plate of green papaya in thin strips

Crush the prawns, chilli, beans and garlic in a mortar.
Add the tomato, palm sugar, fish sauce and lime and mix together.
Stir the grated papaya into the dressing.
