SWEET AVOCADO SNACK (LEBANESE RECIPE) FROM EGIPT
(makes about 3 full glasses – whisky tumbler size more or less)
- 3 medium avocado’s
- 2 tablespoons sugar or 3 tablespoons honey / 3 tablespoons black honey (molasses)
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon trailmix per serving
Peel and pit avocado’s and put in blender. Add sugar or honey and milk.
Blend. The consistency should be thick (like to eat with a spoon).
Pour in glasses and add trailmix.
Mix and enjoy!
Vegan option:
Add almond, rice or coconut milk.
Note:
This is extremely filling, so have it as a healthy meal on its own.
Trailmix is dried fruit and nuts.
And yes, I also said “euw, sweet avocado”
Now it’s my most favourite thing in the whole world!
