SUURLEMOENVINGERS
- Vir koekies:
- 250 g botter
- 1 blik kondensmelk
- 2.5 ml suurlemoensap
- 125 ml klapper
- 400 g Marie beskuitjies
- Versiersel:
- 75 ml botter
- 2 koppies gesifte versiersuiker
- 5 ml tot 10 ml suurlemoensap (hang van jou smaak af)
- fyn gerasperde skil van 1 suurlemoen
Room botter tot lig.
Voeg versiersuiker bietjie vir bietjie by en meng goed.
Voeg suurlemoensap en skil by en meng deur.
Versier vingers soos verkies (myne in spuitsak gesit).

Someone posted this recipe last week and I made them this weekend. Man oh man are they AMAZING!!! I changed the icing thought and used this one:
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1 large lemon, zest and juice
- 50 g butter, melted
Mix together and pour over bars before cutting. Set in fridge and cut into fingers.
These did not last long. They are soo zingy and tasty!!! YUMMY!!!
