STUFFED PEPPADEW WRAPPED IN CHICKEN SKIN

Those times when you make a chicken curry and have to remove them… but oh you love chicken skin. Freeze them and use it on a braai day. 😂

  • 8 piquante peppadews
  • roasted onion flavoured cream cheese for stuffing peppadews
  • chicken skin
  • toothpicks soaked in water

Drain peppadews and stuff with cream cheese.
Wrap each peppadew with chicken skin and put on a toothpick.
Braai on medium coals for 15 – 20 minutes or until brown.
