STRAWBERRY WHIRLS
- 125 g butter
- 4 tablespoons of castor sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 ¼ cups of cake flour
Cream butter and castor sugar, add vanilla.
Sift cake flour and add to mixture to make a soft biscuit dough.
Form shapes and leave a small depression in the centre with your finger and bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven, add jam and bake for another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle a little icing sugar.
Super delicious and nothing is easier❤️
