SOFTIES (BISCUITS)
Ek het die koekies gou gemaak. Dit is maklik en werk lekker met ‘n outydse koekiedrukker.
- 250 g butter not margarine
- ½ cup icing sugar
- ¼ cup corn flour
- 2 cups plain flour
- dipping chocolate, optional
Preheat oven to 180 ºC.
Cream butter and icing sugar till light, white and fluffy – pull out the stand mixer for this.
Add flour and corn flour to make dough. Never add all the flour all at once.
You may need less or you may need more.
Pipe using a large closed star nozzle or a Wilton 1m nozzle and a strong piping bag or press out with cookie cutter.
Bake at 180ºC for 10 – 15 minutes till light brown.
Dip the ends in chocolate if desired.
