SOFT YOGHURT PIZZA DOUGH
The dough is extremely light and soft. Very delicious.
- Dough:
- 2 cups cake flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
Sift dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add cooking oil and mix till mixture looks like bread crumbs.
Add yoghurt and mix till soft dough. Flatten for a pizza base.
- Topping:
- cheese of your choice
- salt and pepper steak
- some left over sausages
- chilli sauce on base
- red and yellow pepper with some onion rings on top
Put topping on the flattend dough of your choice.
Bake at 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes.
Note:
I’ve used the above topping ingriedients but you can use anything you want to.
