SLENDER WONDER FRUITY OSTRICH CASSEROLE
- 100 g ostrich goulash
- 120 g finely chopped onion
- 1 pear, cut into bite size pieces
- 250 ml Ina Paarman beef stock
Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
Fry the ostrich goulash with Spray and Cook in a pan.
Add the fried goulash to an ovenproof casserole dish.
Fry the onion the Spray and Cook and add a little bit of water or beef stock to prevent the onion from burning.
Add the fried onions and pear pieces to the ostrich in the casserole dish.
Cover with beef stock.
Close the casserole dish with a lid and put in the oven for about 40 minutes.
The ingredients can be multiplied for more than one person.
