SHORTBREAD BISCUITS
“These shortbread biscuits are delicious.”
- 250 g soft butter
- ½ cup oil
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup corn flour
- 2 cups cake flour
- vanilla essence, to taste
Mix all ingredients properly. Pipe or place spoonfuls on a greased baking tray. Flatten a little and bake at 150 °C for about 5 – 10 minutes.
Observe carefully; it can burn quickly.
