SHEET PAN OMELETTE

  • 12 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups veggies, such as bell peppers, onions, broccoli, etc.
  • ½ cup meat, cubed, such as ham, bacon, sausage, etc.

Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
Line a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with shredded and your choice of toppings.
Bake for 20 minutes until eggs have set, cheese has melted, and vegetables have softened.
Cut into 12 pieces.
