SEED RUSKS
- 350 g butter
- 250 ml sunflower oil
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 200 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 ml sunflower seeds
- 250 ml sesame seeds
- 250 ml pumpkin seeds
- 500 ml muesli
- 6 cups cake wheat flour
- 45 ml baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180 º C.
Melt butter, add oil then add buttermilk, vanilla, sugar and salt.
Add rest to mixture. Spoon into prepared baking tray and bake 50 to 60 minutes. Remove and cool down. Cut into even sized fingers.
Dry at 90 º C for 6 to 8 hours.
