SAVOURY SWEETCORN TRAY BAKE
- 1 can cream style sweetcorn
- ½ cup of gram flour
- ½ cup of maize meal
- 3 eggs
- ½ bunch chopped dhania/coriander
- 1 cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons ground green chillies
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Mix all together and bake in a casserole dish for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C.
