ROSTI KIP UIT DE SLOW COOKER / ROSTI CHICKEN FROM THE SLOW COOKER
- 1 zak diepvries rosti
- 300 g prei
- 3 kipfilet
- 250 g uit gebakken spekjes
- 250 ml kookroom
- 2 eieren
- kipkruiden
- zout
- peper
- 3 theelepels paprika poeder
- 3 theelepels knoflook poeder
- 2 theelepel uien poeder
- geraspte kaas
5 a 6 uur op low.
- ROSTI CHICKEN FROM THE SLOW COOKER
- 1 bag of frozen rosti
- 300 g of leek
- 3 chicken fillet
- 250 g of fried bacon
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 2 eggs
- chicken seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- 3 teaspoons paprika powder
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- grated cheese
Grease the slow cooker.
Put the rosti, chicken (cut into pieces, sprinkled with chicken herbs to taste), leek (in narrow slices), and fried bacon in the slow cooker.
Mix the cooking cream with the eggs, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, pepper, and salt and pour over the chicken.
Sprinkle grated cheese over it.
Mix this all together.
Put he slow cooker on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
