ROAST BEEF IN AIRFRYER
- 750 g beef roast
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- rosemary
Rub beef roast with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary.
Air fry at 200°C for 10 – 20 minutes until brown on all sides.
Reduce temperature to 180ºC and air fry for 30 – 45 minutes.
Cooking time will depend on the size of the roast.
Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature if you’re unsure if it’s cooked to your liking.
Remove and wrap in foil and leave to rest before slicing.
Rare: 15 min per lb / 450 g 30 minutes 125°F/ 52°C
Medium rare: 15 min per lb / 450 g + 5 min 35 minutes 135°F/ 57°C
Medium: 15 min per lb / 450 g + 10 min 40 minutes 145°F/ 63°C
Medium well-done: 15 min per lb / 450g + 15 min 45 minutes 150°F/ 66°C
Well done: 15 min per lb / 450 g + 20 min50 minutes 160°F/ 71°C
