Recipe by
Cook: 20 minutes


  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup lemonade
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • fresh rosemary

Combine ingredients in food processor.
Turn out onto floured surface.
Pat into about 5 cm round.
Cut and bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes.

“It can be made without the use of coconut milk. Use cream or normal full cream milk.”
