  • 2 tubs smooth cottage cheese without flavours
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 2 x 350 ml fresh cream
  • Tennis biscuits

Beat the cottage cheese until creamy.
Add the condensed milk and mix it in.
Add the fresh cream and blitz it.
Line your tart dish with Tennis biscuits.
Pour the mixture over the biscuits, place in the fridge.
Before eating it, decorate it.

I did one with fresh strawberries and chocolate shavings and I made compote for the other one as I shared the mixture into two dishes🌻Enjoy it!

Lauren Goatley-Swart: I add half a cup of lemon juice to it, it just breaks the sweetness and helps thicken the mixture.
