POUR OVER PASTRY DOUGH

- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon mixed herbs
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- Extra:
- onion rings
Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Pour over the cooled filling.
Arrange the onion rings on top of the dough.
Bake the dish in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C until brown (30 minutes).
