POTATO SNACK
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- ½ cup of cake flour
- 2 tablespoons of Maizina (corn flour)
- 1 green chilli, finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ a bunch of fresh coriander, washed and cut
- ¼ cup of water
Mix the flour, Maizina, chilli, cumin seeds, salt, coriander and water in a bowl until well combined.
Place the slices of potatoes in the dough and make sure all the slices are coated with the dough.
Deep fry the coated potato slices in warm oil in a deep pot until golden brown.
Serve with chilli- or tomato sauce.
