PORK FILLET WITH BABY POTATOES IN AIR FRYER

Soft, tender and juicy.
The amount of meat, potatoes and spices are to your own discretion.

  • baby potatoes
  • salt
  • boiled water
  • pork fillet
  • spices to taste
  • olive oil for brushing

In a large pot on the stovetop, cook the baby potatoes in boiling water and salt, until just cooked.
Drain and place aside to cool down.
Cut the potatoes in half, spices the potatoes with spices of your choice, add a little sweet chili sauce and olive oil and set aside until needed.
Cover the meat with spices of your choice and brush with olive oil.
Place foil in the bottom of the air fryer.
Place the meat on top of the foil in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes on 180ºC.
Turn the fillet, add more spices if needed and brush with olive oil.
Cook the fillet for another 10 minutes.
Add the precooked, spiced baby potatoes to the fillet and air fry for another 10 minutes.
