PIZZA DOUGH WITH SOUR MILK

3 cups cake flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 level teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon sugar

6 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup sour milk
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add the rest of the ingredients and make a soft dough. (Add more sour milk if required)
Roll out to the size pizza you prefer, and place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick.
Add toppings of your choice.
Bake at 180° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Hint:
Makes one giant 90 cm pizza or 3 small 30 cm each. Whichever you prefer.
