PIZZA DOUGH FOR PARTIES
- 9 cups cake flour
- 7 teaspoons yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 180 ml of cooking oil
- 1,2 litres of lukewarm water
Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl.
Add the oil and water.
Knead and leave for 2 hours to rise. Knead back.
Cut into shapes or make 8 large pizzas or more or less 50 – 55 small once.
Top with your own choice if fillings.
Bake at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
Note:
Can be frozen unbaked.
