PINDAKIP / PEANUT CHICKEN
- 1 kg kippendijen
- 2 g uien
- 3 teentjes knoflook of knoflook vlokken
- 4 el chilisaus
- 150 ml kokosmelk
- 6 el pindakaas
- 1 teelepel sambal oelek
- Zout en peper, Kipkruiden
Snij de kippendijen in blokjes van ± 2cm en bestrooi met kip kruiden.
Uien in halve ringen snijden en bestrooien met zout.
Teentjes knoflook persen.
Doe alles in de slowcooker en doe het goed doorroeren.
SLOWCOOKER 4 uur op LOW.
PEANUT CHICKEN
- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 2 g onions
- 3 cloves of garlic or garlic flakes
- 4 tablespoons chilli sauce
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 6 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
- salt and pepper, chicken seasoning
Cut the chicken thighs into cubes of ± 2 cm and sprinkle with chicken herbs.
Cut onions into half rings and sprinkle with salt.
Mince garlic cloves.
Put everything in the slow cooker and stir well.
SLOW COOKER 4 hours on LOW.
