PERFECT BBQ LAMB CHOPS
- lamb loin chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon juice to taste
- Worcestershire sauce
- bamboo skewers soaked in water
Season chops and drizzle with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Let marinade for at least half an hour.
Thread lamb chops on water soaked bamboo skewers to braai them on the side.
Braai on medium coals 5 min. on fat side, then 5 min. on other side.
Remove skewers and braai flat for 5 min. on each side.
Enjoy.
