PEPPERMINT CRISP TART FOR 4
Peppermint crisp tart for 4 people. (x2 helpings)
- Tennis biscuits
- 1 tin caramel treat
- 1,5 cups of cream
- 2 small peppermint crisp chocolates, grated
- 1 teaspoon peppermint essence
Whip the cream.
Add the caramel and essence and mix well.
Add half of the peppermint crisp chocolate.
Carefully mix it.
Layer 3 x 3 Tennis biscuits in a glass bowl.
Cover with half the cream mixture.
Layer 3 x 3 biscuits on top.
Cover with the rest of the mixture.
Scatter the rest of the peppermint crisp on top op the mixture.
Leave in fridge overnight.
