PINDASAUS
- 3 eetlepels pindakaas
- 250 ml kokosmelk
- 1 a.2 theelepels sambal
- 3 a 4 eetlepels ketjap manis
- 1 theelepel bruine suiker
Doe alles in een pan en verwarm dit tot alles is op gelost en een mooie
PEANUT SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 1-2 teaspoons of sambal
- 3-4 tablespoons sweet soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Add all the ingredients into a pan and heat until everything is dissolved and smooth.
*Sambal is a spicy, chili-based sauce or relish that is popular in many countries across Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia and Malaysia. The sauce consists of ground or pureed chilies and may include small amounts of other ingredients such as citrus juice, shallots, fruit, salt, sugar, or other spices.
