PEANUT BUTTER PRETZEL SNACK

The recipe calls for icing sugar and brown sugar. I used both and feel that the brown sugar is not necessary so I’m leaving it out of the recipe. My kids love this!!!

  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¾ cups icing sugar
  • 150 g chocolate (I used dark chocolate)
  • about 50 small pretzels
  • Beat peanut butter and butter together until smooth.
  • Gradually add the sugar until all added and well mixed.
  • Roll mix into about 2,5 cm balls and press gently between to pretzels.
  • Set in fridge for an hour.
  • Melt chocolate and dip half of peanut butter pretzels in the chocolate.
  • Set in fridge for another 30 min and enjoy.
