PEANUT BUTTER PRETZEL BALLS
Ek het dit die naweek gemaak met hierdie lekker vulsel.
- 1 cup peanut butter (I used half macadamia, half peanut)
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- ½ cup icing sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- pretzels of choice
- dark chocolate, melted (I started with half a big slab)
Mix the nut butter of choice, butter, icing sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
Place the mixture in the fridge to cool completely.
Once cooled, roll small balls and press each ball between 2 pretzels.
Cool the pretzel balls in the fridge.
Dip half of the pretzel ball in melted dark chocolate to finish off.
Note:
The amount of chocolate you need, depends on how many pretzels you use and also how big the pretzels are. It is a true hit! Not too sweet.
