PAVLOVA

  • 5 egg whites
  • 1¼ cup castor sugar
  • 1½ teaspoon corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preheat oven on 150°C.
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the sugar.
Keep beating until the egg whites are shiny.
Slowly add the vinegar and Maizena until well mixed.
Must be thick creamy like mallows.
Put a parchment wrap / lunch wrap on a baking tray. Scoop in desired shape and bake for 40 min or until done and switch off oven.  Leave to cool in the oven with the door a little bit open.
Fill with cream fruit of choice.
Very light. Enjoy!
