PASTA MET KIPFILET IN KAASSAUS
- 50 g boter
- 120 g geraspte parmezaanse kaas
- 450 g pasta
- 500 g kipfilet
- 125 g oude kaas
- 3 eetlepel olie
- 250 g kookroom
- 200 g crème fraiche
- peper en zout
- PASTA WITH CHICKEN FILLET IN CHEESE SAUCE
- 50 g of butter
- 120 g grated parmesan cheese
- 450 g pasta
- 500 g of chicken fillet
- 125 g of aged cheese
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 250 g of cooking cream
- 200 g of crème fraîche
- pepper and salt
Put the butter in a wok and wait until it has melted, add the crème fraiche and the cooking cream, stir well, add the cheese, and mix well. When the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth, add the chicken and pasta and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
