“It’s freezing in Cape Town! Pancake season.”
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 cup of water
- ½ cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- cinnamon sugar
Mix cake flour, baking powder and salt well.
In another bowl whisk water, milk and eggs together.
Pour dry mix to wet mix and whisk till no lumps; let rest for half an hour.
Fry in pan with little bit of oil.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
