OPEN SANDWICH WITH AVOCADO BALLS

Oven toasted chicken, mini tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, sun-dried onions, cheddar cheese and avocado balls with a little rocket on top.
Put everything on bread except the avocado balls and rocket. Put them on just before serving.

  • Avocado Balls:
  • 2 avocados, mashed
  • 1 holder of sweet chillie cream cheese
  • dash of lemon juice
  • sesame seed
  • fine biltong

Mix avocado and cream cheese together, add a dash of lemon juice and mix.
Mix the sesame seed and biltong together.
Take a teaspoon of avocado mixture and put it in the biltong mixture.
Roll carefully, because it is soft.
Place in sealed container and put in refrigerator for at least an hour to set.
