ONE POT CUPBOARD CHICKEN

If you’re like me and you hoard sauces and things. Then dinner from the cupboard and the freezer is easy.

  • 700 g chicken pieces
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 100 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 three-cheese sauce packet from Mince Mate (I used the pasta for something else, kept the sauce)
  • 750 ml boiling water
  • 5 ml garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • origanum

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place raw macaroni in an ovenproof dish. Arrange the chicken pieces on top of the macaroni.
Mix all the other ingredients together and pour over the chicken and pasta.
Bake for 40 minutes.
