OM KOEKMEEL IN BRUISMEEL TE VERANDER

Jy is in die nood, want jy het dringend bruismeel nodig, maar het nie, hierdie mengsel werk fantasties in enige gebak.

  • 4 x 250 ml koekmeel
  • 30 ml kremetart
  • 15 ml koeksoda

Sif alles 4 keer saam en gebruik in plek van bruismeel.
Bere in ‘n lugdigte houer en gebruik soos benodig.

HOW TO CHANGE NORMAL FLOUR INTO SELF RAISING FLOUR

  • 4 x 250 ml cake flour/ all purpose
  • 30 ml cream of tartar
  • 15 ml baking soda

Sift everything together 4 x and use as self raising flour.
Store in airtight container.

  • Alternative:
  • 1 cup (140 g)  All-Purpose flour
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
