NO BAKE CHOCOLATE NUT BARS

  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup peanut butter + 2 teaspoons extra (separate )
  • 1 cup biscuits, crushed
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate of choice
  • Canola baking spray
  • white chocolate to garnish

Line a 20 x 20 cm square baking tin with baking paper, and spray generously with Canola Baking Spray.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the peanut butter.
Mix through the biscuit crumbs, and finally the icing sugar.
Mix everything through completely, set aside.
Spread the mixture out into the greased tin, and flatten smooth.
Melt the remaining peanut butter with the chocolate until smooth.
Pour over the top of the peanut butter mixture.
Drizzle some white chocolate to garnish.
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour until completely set.
Remove from baking tray and portion into desired size pieces.
Enjoy straight away!
