MUSSELS IN WHITE WINE
- 450 g packet frozen mussels
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- sweet chilli sauce, to taste
Place frozen mussels into a pot with the wine and crushed garlic, bring to the boil with lid closed.
Once boiling, remove lid, add sweet chilli sauce, reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens. Serve with crusty bread.
