MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
I’ve baked the Tupperware Moist Chocolate Cake, and it is moisty and delicious.
- 550 ml cake flour
- 350 ml sugar
- 20 ml baking powder
- 60 ml cocoa
- 1 ml salt
- 4 eggs, separated
- 275 ml oil
- 275 ml boiling water
- 5 ml vanilla essence
Sift dry ingredients together.
Seperate egg yolks and whites.
Mix egg yolks, oil and vanilla essence.
Add to dry ingredients with boiling water.
Whisk egg whites to soft peaks and fold into mixture.
Pour batter into 2 x 20 cm greased cake tins.
Bake in preheated 180°C oven for 25 – 30 minutes.
