MINI MAGHERITAS

MINI MAGHERITAS

  • Pizza base:
  • 4 cups cake flour
  • 6 teaspoons of baking flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 8 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup of yoghurt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of dried herbs

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Add the cooking oil, milk, and yoghurt and make a soft dough.
Break off into 30 pieces, roll out and place on the baking trays sprayed with spray and cook.
Add topping and bake for 10 minutes at 180 º C.

Topping used here is a vegetarian. You can use anything you like. I used:

  • 3 cups of mixed vegetables, boiled it then cooked it with
  • 1 onion
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic and salt and pepper
  • store bought pizza sauce
  • mozzarella cheese

Boil the veggies till cooked, drain the water, add a little oil and the rest of the ingredients.
Fry till all the veggies are ready.
Layered the pizza’s, with the veggies and topped with mozzarella cheese.
