MINI MAGHERITAS
- Pizza base:
- 4 cups cake flour
- 6 teaspoons of baking flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 8 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup of yoghurt
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 teaspoons of dried herbs
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Add the cooking oil, milk, and yoghurt and make a soft dough.
Break off into 30 pieces, roll out and place on the baking trays sprayed with spray and cook.
Add topping and bake for 10 minutes at 180 º C.
Topping used here is a vegetarian. You can use anything you like. I used:
- 3 cups of mixed vegetables, boiled it then cooked it with
- 1 onion
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 teaspoon of garlic and salt and pepper
- store bought pizza sauce
- mozzarella cheese
Boil the veggies till cooked, drain the water, add a little oil and the rest of the ingredients.
Fry till all the veggies are ready.
Layered the pizza’s, with the veggies and topped with mozzarella cheese.
