MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CAKE
6 minutes microwave cake! never flops!
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self raising flour (if using plain flour add 2 heap teaspoons baking powder)
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup boiling water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Cream sugar and eggs well. Add oil and cocoa. Mix.
Add flour and salt. Mix.
Add boiling water. Mix. (The batter will be quite thin. This is right)
Pour into a microwave bowl (or a 2 ltr ice cream container) that has been lined with wax paper or baking paper.
Microwave on full for 6 mins. Once done leave in microwave for 10 mins before removing.
Decorate when cool.
Coffee icing with sprinkles! I made normal icing and added a little diluted coffee.
