  • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornflour (cornstarch)
  • 227 g (1 cup) softened unsalted butter
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

In a large bowl add butter and icing sugar then beat or mix until it’s light and creamy.
Add vanilla and mix.
Sift in flour, cornflour, and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Transfer into a piping bag with a star tip.
Pipe carefully and neatly on a lined baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and well baked.

If you are using salted butter please don’t add salt.
