MASALA FRIES
- 6 potatoes peeled, wash and cut into chip straps
- 3 tablespoons of corn flour (Maizena)
- 1 tablespoon of chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated cheese of your choice
- ¼ cup of chilli sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 green chilli, finely sliced
Mix potatoe slices with corn flour, chilli powder and salt.
Deep fry and allow to drain on paper towels.
Lay on an oven proof dish, sprinkle cheese, drizzle chilli sauce and mayonnaise and top with sliced chillies.
Bake in oven at 200 ºC for 3 to 5 minutes only.
