MALABAR PATHIRI
- 1 cup water
- salt for taste
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 cup rice flour
Take a pan and boil the water.
Add salt and oil stir well.
Add rice flour, mix well, make sure there are no lumps, it will become like a dough.
Remove from heat.
Cover and leave for 5 min.
Make 6 small balls roll into chapati and cook on a flat pan until golden brown on each side.
