LUGBRAAIER BRUSSELSE SPRUITE

  • 400 g brusselse spruite, in die helfte gesny
  • 50 ml olyfolie
  • sout en peper na smaak
  • 50 g gerasperde Parmesaan kaas

Meng die brusselse spruite met die olyfolie, sout en peper.
Lugbraai vir 10 minute by 200ºC en nog 10 minute by 170ºC.
Sprinkel die Parmesaan kaas bo-oor en braai vir nog 5 minute by 170ºC.
