LEBANESE BISCUITS
Made some Lebanese biscuits (Gh’raybeh) yesterday.
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecan nuts
- icing sugar
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add sifted flour and pecan nuts.
Roll into balls, and place onto a greased tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 min until golden brown.
Roll into icing sugar while still hot.
