LAMINGTON BALLS

  • 1 ¾ cups self raising flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 160 ml milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 125 g butter, melted and cooled
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients with an electric mixer or by hand.
Divide mixture into cake pop moulds and bake for 5 – 8 min until the cake pops are golden brown.

  • Chocolate Sauce:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • Extra:
  • desiccated coconut

Combine everything together in a pot and bring to a boil for 3 min.
Add pops 3 at a time and cover with the chocolate sauce, remove the pop from the sauce and cover with desiccated coconut.
