KIP PILAV / CHICKEN PILAV

KIP PILAV / CHICKEN PILAV

  • 500 g kipfilet, in blokjes / chicken fillets, cubed
  • 1 prei in ringen / leek, sliced
  • 1 rode en gele paprika in blokjes / red and yellow peppers, cut in cubes
  • 1 ui gesnipperd / onion, chopped
  • 2 knoflookteentjes geperst / crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 klein blik tomaten puree / small can of tomato puree
  • 1 groente bouillon blokje / vegetable stock cube
  • 150 ml ketjap manis / sweet soy sauce
  • 1 theelepel sambal / 1 teaspoon sambal
  • 1 klein blik perzik stukjes (voeg dit een half uur voor getveind toe met sap) / small can of peach chunks with juice (add ½ an hour before cooking is finished)

Alles in de slowcooker doen en dit 4 uur op low.
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, mix through and cook on low for 4 hours.
