KETO PIZZA – CAULIFLOWER BASE
- 1 head cauliflower (700 g)
- 1 cup cheese- mix of Cheddar and Tussers
- 1 egg
- spices of choice (Italian spices, cayenne pepper, garlic salt)
- Pizza filling:
- 1 cup cheese
Used one head of Cauliflower about 700 g. Riced it on a grater.
Microwaved for 5 minutes on high in a microwave bowl.
Mixed in one egg, Italian spices, cayenne pepper and garlic salt and lastly the cheese.
Formed into a square, baked at 200°C in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Used that time to prep the filling.
Sautéed mushrooms, bacon and onions. Grated about one cup of the same cheeses and keep aside.
After the 25 minutes, take the base out of the oven and layered the filling on top of the base, topped with the grated cheese.
Baked for about 5 minutes, only until the cheese melted.
Quite interesting, enjoy.
