A mash up of stroganoff and creamed spinach. Absolutely delish!

  • 2 minute steaks
  • 2 mushrooms
  • ½ yellow bell pepper
  • handful spinach, chopped
  • ¼ cup par-boiled green beans
  • cream
  • garlic salt, steaks seasoning and paprika
  • olive oil for frying

Cut your desired amount of mushrooms and bellpeper, in my case 2 mushrooms and half a rib yellow pepper. Fry in olive oil for 5 minutes. Fry your steaks with the other ingredients. Season with paprika and steak seasoning.
Remove  the the steak from the pan and add cream until the bottom is just covered, with mushrooms and peppers and garlic.
Add a handful of baby spinach and about ¼ cup of  the par-boiled green beans.
Allow to simmer until the cream has reduced.
Once cooked, scatter fresh soft feta over the top and enjoy!
Enough for one person. Adjust quantities accordingly.
