JENNIFER’S BLUE CHEESE SAUCE

Braai tonight. Rib-eye steak, crispy potatoes cubes, butternut cooked on the braai with honey and cinnamon in tin foil. Then a blue cheese sauce. For the blue cheese sauce.

  • Fry together gently until soft:
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • grated glove of garlic
  • Add:
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cut up Blue cheese
  • salt and pepper

Stir and heat through, serve with steak.
