JENNIFER’S BLUE CHEESE SAUCE
Braai tonight. Rib-eye steak, crispy potatoes cubes, butternut cooked on the braai with honey and cinnamon in tin foil. Then a blue cheese sauce. For the blue cheese sauce.
- Fry together gently until soft:
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter
- grated glove of garlic
- Add:
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons cut up Blue cheese
- salt and pepper
Stir and heat through, serve with steak.
