HONEY MUSTARD PORK
- 4 pork chops
- Marinade:
- 15 ml olive oil
- 60 ml honey
- 30 ml wholegrain mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 ml paprika
- 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
Mix the marinade ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the chops.
Set aside to marinade for 15 minutes or longer.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
Put the pork chops into the basket.
Cook for 8 – 12 minutes depending on the thickness of the chops, turning halfway through the cooking time.
