HOMEMADE WRAPS
Wraps with left over roasted chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, apple slices and a sauce of plain yogurt and mayonnaise. Wraps are easy to make.
- 4 cups cake flour
- 250 g margarine
- pinch of salt
- 1 ½ cup warm water
Stir margarine and warm water together and mix with flour and salt to a dough that you can roll out. Roll out as thin as possible.
Spray a frying pan with non-stick and bake your wraps till golden brown, about 1 minute a side.
Fill wrap as preferred.
